All our lab-grown diamonds are optically, chemically, thermally, and physically identical to the earth’s natural process for creating mined diamonds, but made above ground in a controlled, renewable energy environment. All our diamonds are held to the same standards of beauty and quality, known as the 4Cs: cut, clarity, color, and carat. The diamonds in all our pieces are D-F color, VS1-VVS in clarity. All our lab-grown diamonds are visually indistinguishable from mined diamonds and just as unique.
The Invisibles follows the International Gemology Institute (IGI) standards to ensure that the lab-grown diamond’s cut, color, clarity, and carat weight are always at or above the highest standard. All Invisibles stones at 0.50 ct. and above are certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI).
All our lab-grown diamonds are created, polished, and cut in laboratories using only renewable energy. Lab-grown
diamonds consume seven times less water, use less than half the energy, and emit less than 5% of the CO2 of natural diamonds and do not alter the planet’s ecosystem or harm the welfare of mankind.
Each Invisibles product is hand crafted by artisans. The proper care of our pieces is essential to providing a long life for your jewels. We suggest your remove your Invisible products for the following activities: showering, sleeping, swimming, or taking part in any type of exercise. Please be careful when stacking our stainless steel wire necklaces
with chains or chords, which can cause tangling. Place all Invisible products back in their original boxes, pouches, or tins when not wearing. Make sure all hair accessories are properly affixed to hair and please be mindful of the exacting application process for all face gems, as we will not replace lost face gems.

Repair requests are submitted and serviced online only. Repair costs and timelines will be subject to our repair partner and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Ready to ship hair accessories, necklaces, or face gems may be exchanged only at our discretion within 10 business days of delivery for an alternate item or store credit only.
No refunds.

All custom-made items are not returnable nor exchangeable and are considered final sale.
